Pakistani Tennis Star Aisam ul Haw has apparently filed for divorce from his wife Faha Makhdoom as reported by Geo News. The reason for separation is still vague however it has been noted that the couple failed to develop an understanding between them after a year together as husband and wife. The couple had tied the knot on December 17, 2011 Muharram last year in a grand wedding ceremony in Lahore.

The parents of Aisam ul Haq have however denied the divorce and have said that these are just mere rumors spread by the media. According to Aisam’s mother, news of the tennis star and his wife separating were not correct. Meanwhile his father Ihtisham ul Haq Qureshi said that Aisam had not sent divorce papers to his wife.
